Whitney takes pride in leading project teams by example, immersing himself in the details to drive problem-solving and ensure successful project completion. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every endeavor. With a strong focus on communication and transparency. Whitney strives to create seamless interactions among all parties for exceptional project outcomes.
Whitney and his wife, Tamiko, are both graduates of Georgia Tech and live happily with their 2 dogs and cat. Whitney enjoys staying active through golf, tennis and participating in his local design and development committee.
Having worked at Mortenson Construction, CAA ICON, and most recently as Vice President at IMPACT Development Management, Greg has gained invaluable experience across numerous market sectors leading all phases of development. Greg understands the importance of the tasks and individuals it takes to execute real estate projects.
Greg resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Jackie, and their two daughters, Melanie and Olivia. Melanie is off at college, while Olivia is an active toddler. Greg is an avid runner chasing his Boston Marathon dreams.
